Quality checks against agreed specifications
For export orders, quality expectations are agreed before production. Checks may include the following stages:
1 Incoming material inspection
Visual and specification checks on applicable materials.
2 Production inspection
Monitoring workmanship and product consistency during production.
3 Stitching & assembly
Checking stitching, bonding, finishing and construction.
4 Sole bonding
Visual and physical checks appropriate to the product and agreed QC criteria.
5 Size & colour verification
Checking selected samples against approved specifications.
6 Packing inspection
Verifying pair packing, labels, cartons and quantities.
7 Pre-shipment checks
Final review against agreed order specifications before dispatch. Our approach is to identify issues early and document exceptions so buyers can make informed decisions before shipment.
