B2B Export Terms & Conditions
A framework for business quotations, product approvals, orders and export transactions with Ventora Footwear, India.
Parties and Scope
These terms apply to B2B quotations and orders issued by Ventora Footwear. By using this website or placing a business enquiry, you agree to these terms in relation to website use and commercial discussions.
Quotations
Prices, validity, currency, minimum order quantity (MOQ), specifications, packing and delivery terms are as stated in the applicable quotation.
Order Acceptance
An order becomes binding only after written acceptance and any required advance or payment conditions are met.
Product Specifications
Product, material, size, colour, branding and packaging requirements must be agreed in writing before production.
Samples and Approvals
Where samples or artwork are provided, buyer approval may form the reference for production. Applicable approvals should be documented in writing.
Payment
Payment method, advance, balance and banking details will be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Buyers should verify payment instructions through an authorised business contact.
Production and Lead Time
Lead time begins after required approvals, material confirmations and payments, as applicable. Any agreed production schedule should be recorded in the order confirmation.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery, risk and freight responsibilities follow the Incoterm agreed in writing for the applicable order. The quotation or order confirmation should identify the agreed delivery term and named place or port.
Claims
Defect, shortage and transit-damage claims are governed by the agreed B2B claims policy and applicable order terms. Buyers should follow the agreed process and timelines for submitting supporting evidence.
Governing Law
Disputes and governing law are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable order confirmation. The final legal entity name and jurisdiction must be confirmed by legal counsel before publication.
