Returns & Claims Policy
B2B returns, shortages and defect claims
Last updated: March 2026
Ventora supplies footwear for international business orders. Because orders may be produced, packed and shipped specifically for a buyer, returns are not handled like consumer retail purchases.
1 Defects or shortages
Buyers should notify Ventora within 7 days of delivery or discovery. The claim should include order number, product code, quantity affected, photographs or video of the issue, carton or packing evidence, and any shipping documentation reasonably requested.
2 Transit damage
Visible damage should be recorded with the carrier at delivery where possible. Notify Ventora promptly with photographs of the outer carton, inner packing and affected products.
3 Short shipment
Report shortages within 7 days with carton and packing evidence.
4 Manufacturing defects
Verified defects may be resolved by replacement, credit, agreed price adjustment or another mutually agreed commercial remedy.
5 Customized and private-label orders
Customized products, branding, labels, packaging and private-label goods are not normally returnable for change of mind or buyer preference. Claims for verified manufacturing defects remain subject to the agreed order terms.
6 Buyer approval
Where pre-production samples, specifications or artwork are approved by the buyer, subsequent claims must be assessed against the approved specifications.
7 How to raise a claim
To raise a claim, contact support@ventorafootwear.com and provide the order number, product code, quantity affected and supporting evidence.
This policy is subject to the final commercial terms agreed for each order and should be legally reviewed before publication.
