Shipping & Export Policy
Delivery timelines, charges and tracking information
Last updated: March 2026
Ventora coordinates international footwear shipments according to the agreed order, destination and commercial terms.
1 Production lead time
Lead time is confirmed after product, quantity, material, customization and buyer approvals are finalized.
2 LCL / FCL
LCL may be suitable for smaller consignments, while FCL may be considered for larger volumes. The appropriate shipment method depends on volume, destination and freight economics.
3 Incoterms
Where offered, commercial terms such as FOB, CFR or CIF will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation. The agreed Incoterm defines the respective responsibilities for freight, risk and related costs.
4 Ports and transit
Port selection and estimated transit time depend on origin, destination and carrier schedules. Transit estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier, port, customs or other external conditions.
5 Customs, duties and taxes
Destination-country import clearance, duties, taxes, permits and local regulatory compliance are the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6 Shipping quotation
For a shipping quotation, provide destination country, destination port, quantity or volume and preferred Incoterm to sales@ventorafootwear.com.
